Leading is helping us find out where we want to go
Guiding is letting us discover why we are here
Teaching is pointing directly to who we are
Friends remind us to do what we want
Art/ists allow us to be who we are
Loved ones inspire what we are
Children invite us to play
Animals free us to be
Life dances with,
in & as we are
We just Be

Ecstatic rEvolution
in our every breath and action
Breathe in with full abandon to the miracle of Life
Breathe out, into the winds that change everything -
Ecstatic rEvolution in every full cycle of conscious breath
Dare to abandon the habit of already-knowing
Dare to descend to the bedrock of utter emptiness,
your ground of being -
Sweet surrender to knowing nothing, being nobody -
Be there till the big bang of your becoming
will toss you up with purpose and direction
Passionate fans of Freedom, Truth, Beauty and Play,
We emerge from the bedrock with a new élan,
time after time, day after day…
Reaching her highest, she discovers ever-deepening layers
of opening and opening and…
Reaching his deepest, he is re-charged the
with courage and clarity
They dance with delight in one another
You could call that ;Tantric rEvolution
except that Tantra is used
in the East, to reach blissful states of personal nirvana
in the West, to enhance sexual enjoyment
Beyond East and West, ecstatic rEvolution is riding
the waves of energy liberated
by the feminine and masculine dancing together
In our every breath and action
alone and together
